I know what you're thinking...Bikelist? Yeah think of it like cyclist but use bike instead of cyc. Ok now that we're past that, read on.
My Story
Born in Jersey City NJ I was adopted at 3 days old and raised by a wonderful family. I didn't find out I was adopted until I was 53yrs old but that's a story all to its self. Growing up I was always the fat kid. That may sound offensive today but in my day growing up that's exactly how it was said. It wasn't until I was 19 or so that a friend of mine took me out cycling. It was good but torturous. Soon after I made a decision to join the Navy. I had to lose 40 pounds just to get in but through cycling, weight training and a better diet I lost 75 pounds. Over the years to come I would go up and down with my weight but diet and cycling always bright me back to a healthier me. Today, I'm on the healthy side of what I could be. This blog will be mostly about cycling. Probably 80% or more and mostly my write ups about my rides. Please read on and contact me about anything you read in any of these Real Life/My Life shorts of my cycling adventures. Be blessed and RIDE ON!
Official Site of Christopher Sizer the Bikelist
“Christopher Sizer is an avid Cyclist" I like getting on the road and riding. I like going for distance and sometimes a bit of speed but I'm not breaking any records. In my perfect place all main roads would have protected bike lanes and those that choose to use their bikes for transportation, or exercise, solo or in groups could do so safely. Till then there's a lot that we as cyclist can do to keep ourselves safe. My blog is mainly about my experiences on the road, trails, or possibly Zwift solo and with others. I hope this encourages others to get out and ride
